so a lot of the music i listen to covers the themes of relationships,mostly the intimate parts and being toxic or masochism,but to be honest,i don't really want to do that stuff,it actually grosses me out a little,which i find kind of funny because of the contrast,main examples of music include pink panther by scene queen and masochism tango by tom lehrer,theres others but don't really want to list them,so i was wondering how many other people have this conflicting type of music taste or perhaps even fashion taste to their actual personality?

If we are talking about music with sexual themes, I think it can be done pretty swell, but most of the time the lyrics boil down to "I have no libido and I must fuck". Referencing earlier mentioned masochism tango by Tom Lehrer, I personally think it's a good example of a song referencing kinkiness while keeping the taste.
i like ones usually with some taste but i'm not too picky as long as the music is good

i feel like i do something similar if not about the same thing. although im deeply triggered by noise and vibrating sounds i often find myself listening to a lot of loud music and actively enjoy the humming sound of an electric guitar. it's fascinating how things we typically avoid or dislike can sound so good in music and songwriting.
loud music is way better than random loud noises,in headphones/earphones anyway
