finally a positive blog post. anyways. There’s this huge issue that i generally just don’t really understand. Not out of hate or disagreement of anything, but i swear i see so many people ship characters/people but it just doesn’t make sense. like these characters would not work out…
i mean there’s a lot of ships i could immediately think of… petekey (controversially..), patkey (patrick stump/mikey way), jadam (john nolan/adam lazzara), mattkey (matt rubano/mikey way), seddie (freddie benson/sam puckett YES i’m bringing up icarly leave me alone.) i mean the list goes one
like i’m all for niche ships but sometimes it’s like.. i don’t even see it.. maybe it’s just cuz i’m a sucker for canon/real relationships but yall LOVE to reach 😭😭😭 Does anyone else feel like this??? like what other ships do yall not understand.

i do like my fair share of semi-niche ships.. like madam (matt rubano/adam lazzara).. which for some reason is SO unpopular but i swear they feed into it like it’s ferard.
on that note I don’t mind ferard.. not the most inane take ever but i understand it. And also Petekey i used to be HUGE into petekey but honestly it kinda irks me out now… like i think the ship is funny but also dats not working out thats toxic 😭😭😭
anyways don’t take this super seriously, i like to ship for shits and giggles and fun.. i don’t run this like the military.
also damn i mention a lot of mikey way ships.. maybe i just can’t imagine him in a good ship 😭😭 maybe frankkey??? or whatever their hip name is whatever.

OMG!! Seddie- I never understood why people shipped them/ why they dated. They never made sense to me either

As a former petekeyer i understand but their dynamic is so toxic it’s hard for me to imagine them all cutesy LOL but that’s just a personal preference :,)
Also patkey i’m open minded about.. but also i just can’t really see them together because i’ve never really SEEN them interact 😭 i feel like their personalities would clash for some reason…

i also don't really like petekey for that exact reason 😭 like theres nothing that could convince me that they could possibly have a healthy and loving relationship. They'd be toxic asf...Like im not usually the type of person to care if a ship is realistic or not, but ppl making them out to be lovey dovey and such irks me like that would never happen!!

I mean i somewhat understand why because the whole thing about Pete “yearning” for mikey back but it gets to a point where it’s lowkey just BAD 😭😭 if mikey clearly did not WANT pete anymore…. it’s just not going to work on so many levels.
