SILVERBACK GORILLA RECORDS EXPOSED

Hello, this isnt my typical post. I havent been active lately, but I have had a couple orders from SGR records lately and I wanted to shed some light on a situation. About half a year ago, I purchased a Rev3rent vinyl, and unfortunately, I had moved cities by the time the vinyl shipped. After contacting USPS, there was nothing I could do, the package was going to be returned to the sender and I was likely never going to see this Rev3rent vinyl.

I had emailed SGR distro about my situation, I even offered to repay full price and shipping for the vinyl, but they refused to let me rebuy the album. Instead, they sent me a link to re purchase the album, with no charge on the album or shipping, so it was able to be redirected to my new house for completely free. 

After a few days, the vinyl safely landed at my front door, and the condition was.... spectacular. It came with a protective sleeve for the vinyl case, and the record itself looked beautiful and sounded amazing. So, I just needed to expose how amazing the customer service and quality control Silverback Gorilla Records has. This was the best experience I have ever had with an online merchant, and since then I bought a vinyl from Fromjoy and ZOMBIESHARK via SGR Distro. I hope more bands utilize SGR Distro. So if you want distribution services that dont value customer service, dont value quality, and absolutely hate positive vibes, steer clear from SGR Distro.
