sleeping and the feeling of being watched

i dunno if there should be warnings

so a little bit ago(i forget how long) i felt like i was being watched while i was trying to sleep,it felt like someone was leaning over my bed,obviously noone actually was and it lasted about a month and a half,last night it happened again but it felt different,and then i realised they also looked different,like creepier,the first one was like a humanoid shape with no obvious features,but this one was more blobby and had eyes and a mouth,i dunno why but its kinda bothering cuz i'm trying to sleep,also this one was not leaning like the last one it was fully over me,no personal space with that one,so like....this has no end i just wanted to write this down somewhere.
