i heard about the news recently about how sony is ending physical disc production in january 2028 for new games on playstation consoles and i hate it so much. THIS IS BAD FOR GAMERS FOR PEOPLE THAT COLLECT PHYSICAL COPIES OF VIDEO GAMES. not only that but the ps3/ps vita store is closing down too. this is the worst fucking news ever. it's over man. you won't be able to own anything and your paying full price for a digital game that sony can literally just take away from you at anytime because they want to have control over this. it's just all gonna be digital from then on out and it sucks. video game stores are probably freaking tf out especially gamestop. im just wondering now if the ps5 is really worth it atp and if i should just trade it in for a pc instead? because there is steam and they have all the games you could ever want for good deals and prices and since it's digital yk it's not going anywhere. im not sure. the only reason why im still holding on to my ps5 rn is because of the newer games like wolf among us 2 is one im rlly looking forward to and wolverine. but idk man what do you guys think of this news? because it is absolutely devastating to gamers rn.
