(SPOILERS!!) DELTARUNE CHAPTER 5 NORMAL ROUTE THOUGHTS

((So i havent played through the weird route just yet, keep this in mind))

Off the bat, loved interacting with all the characters in castle town!! Jackenstien & the Mikes are my fav to interact with..

The festival scenes were all super cute, i felt super super bad fur pizza pants :( Also the cliffhanger of rudie's condition worries me so many.. i really hope he's okay. I can only imagine how much worse this will be in the weird route.

immediately upon entering the dark world and getting met with the anime-animated scene was .. wow. then right into a recreation of field of hopes n dreams.. with the song title and everything with the transition to pink?? peak.

If im being honest, fur most of the beginning of the chapter i really didnt like Flowery. He pissed me off in ways i couldnt explain. I think it was the smugness? if you could call it that? something about the way he seemed so high and mighty and the way that susie was so quick to trust it. it made me angry for ralsei. but god... i cant say that end didnt feel so bad watching him die. He had his reasonings fur everything, and tried to make ralsei feel better despite ralsei's jealousy. I really hope we saved him in time..

around the middle, climbing the canyon area was very fun. I enjoyed the slight flow of the hair and the lighting of the area was very nice. Oh and the cat lady on the mountain! I dont have much to say about this place, other than my friend immediately knew it was the eggspot due to previous hints. And we found that too.. Its funny that the egg was able to be used later in the Yellow & Blue fight.. even if we couldnt find its use. 

Watching Asgore fanatically try to prove himself only to find out that his frantics to prove something no one believed ultimately being what pushed everyone away.. ugh. i'm insane about this actually. and the idea that another adult / character in general knows about the existence of dark worlds is super interesting and im really excited to explore this idea more

OHHH and inviting noelle to be a part of the party now? there's absolutely no way this goes well, right? especially with her dad in the hospital due to a fall? ohoh and seeing susie consider castle town home now too.. bwaaaugh

i havent seen every little thing yet, but i am excited to do a deeper dive once ive finished the weirdroute side of things. so.. ill post another blogpost about that once ive seen it. I am not ready fur that. im so so scared.. haha

okay anyway i might update this later if i have anymore thoughts, its currently 1 am and i am so so very tired
