stop making EVERYTHING about Christianity idc

noooo shade 2 christians!! luv u guys ur usually very nice

BUT

the other day i was watching shorts w my brother (ik ik yt shorts kid point and laugh) and it was only because i saw DANIEL LARUSSO from KARATE KID!!! and i was OVERJOYED!!

so obviously i watch it w him.

the caption is "stop and pray!" or whatever

its the scene from the second movie and daniel has to break 6 panes of thick ice w his hand and to do this, he meditates with kata.

if u dont know, kata is a "detailed, choreographed pattern of martial arts movements practiced solo or in pairs against imaginary opponents"

as a black belt i wouldnt really consider what they do as against imaginary opponets, but more-so a kata that helps build blocking and technique and stuff like that. theyre usually the first kata (or form, as its more commonly called in american based karate) you learn.

so hes doing that in order to hype himself up or something so he can break the ice and GENUIENLY they cut out his entire kata thing except for a part where it LOOKS like hes praying w his hands.

LIKE THATS NOT WHAT HES DOING YOURE LYING YOURE LYINGGGGG

idk it just annoyed me, thats not what hes doing dont make it about YOU and YOUR religion.

god forbid a martial artist do martial arts without it being about God jeez

this is what hes ACTUALLY DOING BTW!!!!!!!!!
