Storm chasing gameplan

Looks like I got lucky, I dont have to move that far for today's storms. My target area is huge, but realisticly I have constrained it to a 5 mile radius since storm development is encouraging. 

Storms are moving essentially perfectly straight relative to the motion of the cold front pushing them, there is no northward component whatsoever, and therefore, no tornado threat. Respectable damaging wind threat and thats about it. My target area will be constrained to the Richmond metro area since the effects will be the same within the entire area. Moisture is remarkably uniform in this environment. I will probably depart at around 3-4 hours.
