struggles of hyper fixating on a band that's both niche and a little popular

soooo her words kill has been like the most important thing to me since i heard love on the catwalk in december. Since then I started to hyperfixate on it and i'm so serious listening to any other bands or artists is intensely hard. Before I started listening like this though, Sir, This is A Cutthroat Fashion had gotten pretty popular so it wasn't like the band was super super underground but ig it was jsut underground enough for me to have no one to talk to abt it. Now that Love On the Catwalk and i think even more are blowing up on tiktok I've noticed people around me finally actually knowing the name of the band and being interested in it but when I try to talk abt it to people they make fun of me bcs I like it more than i should i guess😢
