The amount of hate for Deathcore In the metalcore scene??

I've never understood how much metalcore fans and figures absolutely shit on deathcore. I think it may come from people who perceive deathcore as repetitive, and I can definitely understand that, but I think it also comes from wanting the scene to appear a certain way and from traditionalism within the metal scene. Refusal to welcome and give newer subgenres a chance.
