The Luciferian Tarot: VI of Cups

6 of Cups: Represented by Satan and the singing of the Book of Pacts 

This card brings together pleasure and atavistic Memory through the act of Necromancy, the raising of what has been forgotten. The dead in this instance is a latent memory and what you can hold onto.

In Traditional Tarot, the 6 of Cups speaks of nostalgia: ones childhood, innocence, old friends, happy memories, and the return to our roots. However, as with atavistic resurgence, these memories are not merely looked back upon, but are called forth.

The association with Necromancy is calling forth the "dead" within ourselves: our latent memories, forgotten impulses, the atavisms of who we once were.

In the current of the Witches Sabbat craft, the Luciferian Witch holds the power of these pleasures and atavisms, as demons within. Satan offering the Grimoire of Magickal Wisdom and the witch signing the Book of Pacts is the spiritual devotion to self-divinity.

I find myself relating to this card, and feel it was a very relevant pull. My own dream practice returns me to familiar places from youth, held onto and mutated. New faces appearing in the place of the old, drawing some interesting parallels that remained dormant in dark matter.

Digging deeper, we can correspond this card to Tiphereth, the sphere of the Sun. 6's in Tarot correspond to this Sephira in a traditional Tarot, making the Luciferian Tarot's Qliphothic counterpart Tagaririm, ruled by the ArchDemon Belphegor.

Belphegor is an encircler of shades. His blackened Sun is a realm of the dead, one of Ten Hells in Seven Palaces, his in the palace of Barashechath, the Pit of Destruction. You may seek the power within the abyss, useful in workings with the ugly, cruel, dark areas of creation.

In relation to necromancy and astral vampyrism, the dead are literal shades but also atavistic spirits on deep levels of self. To call forth the atavistic shades and devour their symbols awakens lost knowledge.

Transformed and mutated, this old nostalgia becomes something new. New people in your life, friendships approached with the same spirit as in your atavistic memory. Ive found myself relating to this as well, since I've been offering friendship and reconnection lately.

In essence, this is a card to represent the utilization of wisdom gained from interacting with your past to balance your present, by calling forth the memories from deep within the dark matter of the brain.
