Tbh for customizable blinkies I use Blinkies cafe and for a wide range of blinkies I use this older website, prolly from the 2000s, it's called Glitter graphics. Both are really good, I might find other blinkies and websites and such but rlly those are the ones I use.
Also I use Tumblr as well :3
