Therapists are only usually supposed to tell parents things if they think u are in danger or putting others in danger, atleast that is how it was with every therapist I had. As for the diagnosis part, I am pretty certain an adult/guardian has to be informed about diagnosis’s. Therapists cannot diagnose you, a psychiatrist usually does that.
For the first therapy appointment (in my experience) an adult is present to talk with the therapist about goals etc
But after that it’s supposed to be private! That is apart of the therapists job
Hopefully this was helpful

They will only tell anything that could potentially harm you or others but since this is medical they would probably have to tell your parents

I've been in therapy once or twice so I'm prooobably not the person you want to respond, but the general thing is unless you're a direct danger to yourself (i.e you say you want to 🪦 and have a plan) they don't tell your parents anything.
Nooot entirely too sure about diagnosis since I'm still undiagnosed tho, sowy :(
