lately ive been going back to games i used to play a lot like in quarantine and a little after like fnf, CRK anddd genshin impact and in all of those i got much better after not playing for a good while
like for example, in crk when i first joined in like 2021 i was SSHIT at that game, and even a while after that i left and rejoined many times cause i would always get bored, with the excuse that it was repetitive and complicated. I JUST DIDNT KNOW HOW TO BUILD A TEAM. i installed that game once again and i actually LOCKED TF IN and got a meta team and i got very close to grandmaster, this was like when shadow milk first came out i think or a while after
THE SAME HAPPENED WITH GENSHIN. i used to play a lot in 2021-2022 and then gave up when sumeru came, after that i did the same, installed and deleted the game a bunch of times bcs i got bored. NOW with genshin i never rlly followed the meta, nor do i today. but when i say my main was xinyan i think you get where the problem was.... I LOVE XINYAN SM I RLLY DO LOVE HER CHARACTER but she is USELESS AND HAS BEEEENNN USELESS since like forever.... i still love her but i had to change my main :,v i rlly tried to be jolly and enjoy the game without getting involved in meta but it gets to a point where its imposible unless you spend HUNDDREDS OF HOURS grinding for that character to get something close to decent and ive never been that dedicated with genshin + im lazy asf
i still dont play meta (my main is navia, not rlly a bad character but deff not the best either) and im just trying to get the best team i can for her while being f2p bcs im NOT waiting money on that fuckass game.
i guess i just gained consciousness and learned how to read
oh and it also happened with moshi monsters but thats bcs i was even younger and i didnt know much english + moshi wasnt available in spanish so i would just play some minigames and leave. I remember i would search bandicam on google bcs i thought that was the name of the spa minigame in moshi monster cus the same gameplay would always appear on my youtube RECORDED WITH BANDICAM.COM and i would rewatch that 5 min gameplay again and again in pure agony n jealousy bcs i couldnt find it
anyways i just found it curious lol XD

Dude the meta of Genshin is busted, even a used to be decent Hu Tao is bad in the newer updates. Good luck on your endeavor because if you build her right she can be pretty good atleast better than whatever I used to have cuz I quit too lol
yeah!! at least shes making good damage knowing im very limited by being f2p, but sumthin is sumthin (i mourn hu tao every day i miss when she was top meta dps

Back then Genshin was atleast playable with non-meta characters but nowadays? Good luck clearing anything without atleast Columbina or Odette
