TikTok issues send help

I got TikTok a month or so ago, and it refuses to let me follow anyone or if I like a post, it takes it off the post. I don't have the app, and neither do I have it on mobile, its only on web. I've tried logging out and relogging in, and still not. I waited a week or so and then tried again, still nothing. Logged out, waited a week, logged back in, and still.
Idrc MUCH for TikTok but I'd like to follow my friends and my favourite singers and stuff. I have a few posts already on there, its not like I don't use it.

so if anyone's got any way to help me pls
