tiny scars

i have eczema and i keep my nails short ,partly so i can't scratch as badly at myself,but that doesn't stop all of it,i just checked my chest,cuz unfortunately its one of the main areas affected by the eczema and oh lord is it covered in scratches,actively bleeding,not fun, i have some on my stomach too,and my thighs,sometimes my arms but less so.

i hate this.

also looking at blood makes me nauseous and kinda white and fuzzy visioned,so i'm doing great.
