So today I decided to try a fighting game I bought a couple weeks back for a singular dollar.
It's a funky little game, I fuck with the character designs a lot.
I did some training then decided to queue up for online for shits n giggles.
After a while I matched with a random japanese dude, we played with 300+ ping and like 15 frames but I still had fun!
Once we were done with our match, I wondered how many people were even playing this game and...
IT'S JUST ME AND HIM
I was like "no way it's just us" so I queued again...
and matched with him again!!!
After our matches I remembered his nickname(it was all in hiragana lol) and added him on steam. I really hope he adds me back, what a cool feller

Making friends over a niche game is the best
Can't wait to eventually be able to play this game online, I really like what little I've seen of the story so far, it feels very chuunibyou and I get super into stories like that
