Uber Taxi man

Got harassed and called drunk accused of having an alcoholic drink by a taxi man, 

I have limited wrist capabilities and had a closed can of viking berry monster I sat down in said taxi put my cane by my side as always and went to put on my seat belt,  whilst doing this my can fell to the opposite backseat of the car and cracked open slightly due to it falling. Despite it only being a small amount and on a plastic car mat and no where else my partner took it back inside to fully clean it as it was an accident , he then once I was alone forcefully took it off me proceeding to take several photos and accusing me of being drunk /drinking because it fell, then proceeded to call me an idiot despite me constantly apologising to the point of tears, upon spotting my partner returning he shoved it back into my hands and started acting like nothing was wrong my partner noticing I was not okay kept trying to ask me if I was okay but I was so shaken all i could do was nod I felt so nauseous I felt like if I spoke I was gonna throw up , after leaving the taxi the second I got inside I broke down crying telling them what happened, ofc they where furious and made a complaint but I felt like absolute arse after that
