it's so exhausting living with an anxious mother. while I am myself quite anxious we deal with it differently
like when I get anxious abt smth I just live with it gnawing on me and don't do anything if I can't like whatever
but when mom gets anxious she legit blows up and annoys fucking everyone and it's so tiring
