Tumblr, we all should know Tumblr, its a blogging site that's been around since about 2007
Archive of Our Own (AO3) which you also probably know AO3, it was made in 2008 and its a fanfiction writing website!
EverythingGirl.org is a project by a Tumblr user, trying to recreate the entire everything girl website. (WARNING!! This website does not work on mobile!)
neocities is a website that you cam create your OWN website on!! Its not only 2000s on it though, their might be things on their such as modern stuff, but its fine.
NewGrounds is a animation and game creation website that came WAY before YouTube in 1995, though this website is for 16+ audience.
Addicting Games is a gaming website from the 2000s, make sure to use this link though as the game as changed throughout the years (thanks to a friend on Tumblr for giving me this link to the game during the 2000s ^^)
Nintendo.com (from June 2000) is the Nintendo website from way back in 2000, I don't have much to say about it actually :P
