Ever since Elon became the world’s first trillionaire there has been a lot of debate around it.
A lot of people say they should donate that money since they don’t need it (but it is their money and they right the right to do “almost” whatever they want with it)
A lot of people say we should kill all millionaires (extreme I know, but people do argue that a good chunk of them use their money and power to do more harm than good)
What do you guys think about them and what would you do if you had a trillion dollars?

nothing is wrong w millionaires. billionaires however are a different breed of human. subhuman, even, and have no reason to own that much money. to own a trillion dollars is extremely problematic and would be difficult to handle

It's not their money. It is built on mass exploitation, you can't become a millionaire without fucking a ton of people over continuously + those stats r just a bunch of shares of their company. also donating your money is not communism </3 And if you agree with it and brought up a political ideology that's got nothing to do with it has a "but" plz expand on what exactly is wrong with communism. Hoarding wealth is simply the death of the world, look around (while not so much in proxy if you live in the good parts of the western world since captialism out sources it's pillaging of resources they still barely try to hide it) And their are systematic ways millionaires can be prosecuted without assassinating them but it's not like the very people who control the institutions and have their hands to the elbows into it r going to prosecute themselves.
If I had a trillion I'd donate it to guerrilla resistance groups behehe
Exactly!! That's why I don't understand (well, I kind of do) why billionaries wanna invest on AI so bad, like you are just replacing workers, what you gonna do when nobody can buy your products??

Yeah to me the whole AI thing's gotta do with them wanting to cut as much corners as possible and their OBSESSION with being on the cutting edge of technology that just ends up regressing the general quality of life for everyone but them. They'll pull a bill gates philanthropic bullshit about how to save the planet after they're done destroying the world lol

Hi I came here obligated to interact😔😔😔 anyway, I was wondering, how do you think donating is communism? Considering communism is "An economic system characterized by the collective ownership of property and by the organization of labor." In short words, from what I understand, communism came as a Revolution, they avoid any jerarquies or economy inequality and the working class is pretty much involved as that is their main symbol. ;P
I don't know much about communism so I would like to read about other people's takes or opinions.
Yeah you’re right, I think forced wealth redistribution/expropriation would’ve been a better word choice
