i was thinking about my future as an artist and which artists id want to open for me, then i wondered..
what would it actually take for me to get a venue to let me perform a show?
would it take a certain level of popularity? would it take a certain amount of money?
do i need like a permit..? or something? do i need a team? a manager? a petition?
i wonder..

Contact local establishments, some allow people to perform. Look for places that have live music. Some have open mic nights where anyone can perform.
