whats bizarre? i mean, we're all pretty bizarre. some of us are just better at hiding it, thats all.

I LOVE THE BREAKFAST CLUB!!!!!!

i have already said i love 80s highschool tropes but jesus this movie wins bro.

i watched this around a year ago and fell inlove with it immediately. i was introduced to emilio estevez through the outsiders, and then found the breakfast club through his performances. 

GENUIENLY the acting in this movie is incredible. such notable actors and actresses but its not like youre watching molly ringwald play a part, you are watching claire standish. which is something i love about film as a whole. when you see actors play many many different parts, its easy for that to just blend together. and youre no longer paying attention to the character theyre playing but.... the actor/actress themselves. which i dislike. 

so for actors/actresses like the ones in this film to be able to convey many different lives is just amazing!!

as for the breakfast club specifically, i can recite alot of it from my head. i have a poster of it and my dad calls me downstairs whenever its on television. 

why do i like it so much??? well it brings a theme that i think is important to remember. that we are all human beings. you share as much humanity as the next guy, and his father, and his girlfriend, and his siblings, and his friends. 

theres no point in trying to separate people from eachother at such extremes, theres no point. 

woah that got kinda serious for a second anyways....

theyre all just really stupid too. like just how they interact is super funny. that whole famous scene where they are running through the hallway.... it was just very funny to me. 

and andy and allison are literally my reason to LIVVEVEVEVEEE!!!!!!!!!! i love them so much. everyone cheer. 

but john. i hate him with my whole being. DEATH TO JOHN NOW!
