Not just TVs, but you can find a lot of old tech from the methods I did since collecting in 2020.

I never buy stuff from eBay, as it is expensive and could get damaged during shipping.

First thing I did was ask my family members, which is where I got most of my tech from (this is the cheapest way you can get old tech).

Another thing I did is go to Flea Markets and Thrift Stores in the area, which is where I got another majority of my tech from for usually under $30-40.

Sometimes if you wait and ask your family members, their friends or coworkers might get you what you want. I got a Handycam and a few vintage mobile phones and a 5" TV/Radio/Cassette doing this method.

And sometimes unexpected ways where stuff just gets delivered to me after asking for so long and waiting.

I even asked people from local shops if they had old tech and they gave me old phones and video gaming consoles.

I even got stuff from scouraging storage units, but this experience may differ.

I even got old tech for my birthday or for christmas.

And that is most of the examples how I acquired 105+ various pieces of tech from 1968 - 2025.

Although if we are talking TVs in general, like CRTs, ask a family member, go to your local thrift, or go to a flea market and look for them every week to month or so.

Don't trust eBay.

ebay has it all
