Why are people just making up black washing?

Like those things do not exist It’s like I’m seeing it everywhere even as terrible in the art community like it’s OK to head Cannon characters black and the thing that got me most mad is when people be like it’s black washing to official art not just Cannon like with dc catwoman she has been multiple races yet people can’t accept it like generally just say you’re racist at this point because why are you saying no to official art like that’s so weird I generally don’t care what color she is, but it seems like whenever she’s Black people always don’t want her to be black
