why cant java supposrt HD skins without mods.......

i hate my life cus i love making hd skins, its so fun BUT I DONT GET TO WEAR THEM BCS I PLAY MINECRAFT ON PC anddd i couldd install a mod but only me and those who have the mod will see it so its shitty anyways
