I'm a person who really loves physical media. Having movies, series and music in physical (personally, I own CDs and DVDs) changes the experience completely. Taking the disc out of the case and putting it into the player makes everything feel more real, immersive, personal and kinda nostalgic. (I also enjoy just going to the stores and thrift shops to browse through them and find cool ones to buy).
As I said, one of the ways I like to enjoy physical media is with music. I love thrifting or buying new CDs (music shops and thrifting are like a paradise), to listen to them all day in my room or outside. (with different cd players)
But apart from listening to the CDs I buy, I found something else that has become one of my favourite activities to do. This was really common back in the 90s or even the early 2000s, burning my own CDs. I asked for a CD burner for my last birthday and I love creating my own playlists, burning them onto the CDs, decorating the cases and listening to them wherever I go. It's the perfect thing to do if you love music, crafting and physical media. It also feels like being in an old technology era.
It's literally super cool, entertaining and brings me the feeling of old tech life. Just perfect! I've burned some CDs by now, and I plan to create more playlists to burn more, If you have any cool vibe ideas for a playlist, please tell me!
