wish adult-only posts were a thing

obvious disclaimer i have nothing against the kids on this site. 

this isnt a "grrr i hate minors" post, i dont mind sharing the site with them, however i was thinking about how i'd like to also blog about the more adult topics. as far as i can see its not against tos to do so, but even for things that aren't nsfw i don't feel comfortable at all discussing more serious/sensitive topics in my life candidly with minors able to see/engage with it freely. which sucks, you'd figure with the age restriction policies there'd be some way to mark individual blog posts or even entire accounts to only be visible to users who've declared themselves as 18+. 

i might just avoid friending anyone whos not an adult/whos age i dont know and use friends only posts or bulletins for that purpose? idk. ill figure it out
