I workout everyday not always hardcore workouts but still exercises. I can literally do hundreds of things like I do 100 sit-ups multiple times a day and all sort of other things but I'm still feel hella unfit. I used to actually have a shit tone of muscle granted I did sports and boxing then and now I do nothing but still it feels so much harder now to do anything then it did back then. 😔

this could be signs of overtraining syndrome, where your body doesnt get enough time to repair, rest and recharge. Instead of muscle rebuilding itself stronger, it just stays damaged and progressively breaks down leading to chronic exhaustion and more perceived effort when training, aswell as muscle dysmorphia after working out where you gain heightened awareness of your physique and its flaws
