i've been trying forever to make one for my profile & i seriously suck at coding. LOL. xD
i'm looking for something dark blue & black... kinda gothic/emo with blue forests, owls, blue roses, skulls, moonlight... all that pretty creepy stuff. ππ€

I don't really know either, all I did was look around Premade Layouts and picked one I really liked which is "Neon Blue".

i can't code either but what i did was download stuff and messed around with what looked decent,there's no fancy stuff though cuz i couldn't figure that out
