broken forum signature

my forum signature has been 3 images next to each other but suddenly they started stacking and the other 2 are now getting cut off

There's no linebreaks in the code either(never changed it between the time it was working and when it stopped working)

Tried to find other examples too but couldnt immediately see anyone using more than one image in their signature

I noticed this earlier and changed it so that it looked less broken, but the same thing also happens for me

...and here's my code, for reference. I've tried using different spacing and everything, but I can't get it to not look broken.

Signature's weren't the only thing that broke I think, for me my profile suddenly lost padding on the sides.

id also like to state: Sometimes when people hyper link their image in a signature, it can block the reply box on bulletins, especially if they are last to reply! I had to awkwardly message some users telling them their forum signature was blocking me from commenting on mobile, and desktop.
