Styling can get rlly frustrating when everything keeps getting overwritten by default styling files.

Back to Site Feedback

Im styling a profile fer a friend, i know how to code cuz of skool n my career. Im trying to use best practice by just making my selectors more specific when im trying to overwrite the default styling and yet it keeps getting overwritten.

It seems like the only thing thatll solve this whole overwriting problem is if i put !important after every single line of code that i write within the selectors.

That can get very frustrating and imo it makes my code look very ugly n messy. No matter how specific i am, when i look at the page in inspector mode i see that in the default styling files this website uses there r a lot of !important keywords, i dont htink that should be used considering its the default.

i hope this gets solved at some point, its not a huge site-breaking problem however.
