or even just plain old exercises. i don’t have the money to shell out to a gym just so i can use their equipment so i’m reaching out to the web masses. i have two adjustable 5 pound dumbbell weights (and i can make one of them 10 pounds) and resistance bands with varying levels of resistance. any advice is welcome! if need be, i’m a male with decent stamina; but i can’t do much hardcore cardio because i have a chest deformity (pectus excavatum) that can make it hard for me to breathe under those sorts of high intensity circumstances. if you need/want any other details, feel free to ask. i’m an open book.
i’m mostly looking for ways to work on my back (lower is my main priority but the entire thing is cool too) and my abdomen (chest, core/stomach), but arm workout recs are also more than welcome. i’ll take any advice i can get.
and before you accuse me of skipping leg day, i can assure you, i’m not. i have the complete opposite of the crash bandicoot physique situation lmao. okay, maybe not as bad. but you get the idea. i want to give my top half a little love too.
