Back at it's release, people had a lot of not-so-nice things to say about King's Quest VII: The Princeless Bride. People hated the turns that Sierra took with it. Weird cartoony style, simplified controls. Even considered Rosella's character to be "dumbed down" from what she used to be.
I absolutely adore that game though, and see so much beauty and magic in it's jank. I see a lot that I relate to in it as well, generational and societal expectations being challenged, pleas for the people closest to us to understand, etc etc.
It's got some great vocal stimmy lines all throughout it, too. Catch me saying "Prince Throckmorton?! Motherr, he's so boring!" "Hidee hi, sugarpie!" "Cadaverrroussss... He's biting me!" and "Green cheese!? GREEN CHEESE?!" etc all night long. Hehe.

I played a licensed mobile gacha that was widely regarded as awful for a year, because the series it was attached to had just ended, and it was the only way I could potentially see more content of a character i thought was cute. Mind you, I think gacha games are generally like the lowest form of game, the developers don't even have the decency to pretend they're not only after your wallet.
I still check in and play it every now and then when the character has gotten a new unit (😝)

I wanna play no more hero’s as well I missed it on Wii when it came out but always thought it looked cool

I wouldn't call NMH2 an overall better game than 1 just because I think the story and the cohesion between the gameplay and overall moral/message of NMH1 works better together. But NMH2 has the way better gameplay in terms of just being a fun action game. My only complaint is that some levels goes for too long or too short and those fat guys are really annoying to fight constantly. I still think everything NMH2 does is WAY better than TSA and especially NMH3, like at least, TSA has an alright story even if the way it's presented is really bad. I find there's very little to like about NMH3. I don't mind the story of NMH2 and I think the direction they went with Travis is a pretty logical continuation of the NMH1 ending. Like I think Travis in NMH2 is his best version, I think my problem with NMH2 story is just that it felt like the drama stuff was moreso just melodramatic rather than the stakes and tensions being there naturally, and some of the humour is pretty juvenile like Henry waking up to Travis cranking one out or Travis's line about people having sex at funerals to deal with grief.
also to answer OP's post, I really like Sonic R, I find the graphics really charming and the music to be super catchy that, I can ignore the really bad controls and lack of content in the game.
Barnyard... as in the concept is so bad, but somehow it worked 😭
I can't lie I didnt think I'll have fun being a COW shooting milk over farm animals, but I really did have a lot of fun. Unironically one of my top games oat.

@🌺Bubblepopspit🌺 P-06 is seriously a good showcase of what the game would of been like if Sega weren't dicking around. I love that era of Sonic (totally didn't grow up with it) and loved the designs of all the Mobian characters

doom 3, easily my favorite in the franchise. i don't think it's truly a bad game but fans really hated it for whatever reason.
echo nights beyond got buns gameplay + bad progression + awful game & level design ,,,,

it almost saves it but i cant stomach playin it again after 100% completion -x-
