Artists you love but don't listen to

Back to Music

Do y'all have a music artist whose music you love, but you never really listen to them? Cause for me personally that's Sofia Isella, like I come across her music from time to time (on yt mainly) and I absolutely love it and admire her songwriting skills so much, but I never listen to her songs on Spotify or anything. I experience her music differently to how I experience most music, and moreso like how I experience visual art. When I come across an artwork I admire (at like an exhibition or smth), I'll stop to really appreciate it and look into the deeper meaning, but then I'll move on to something else. With most music, I listen to it mainly for the vibes and emotion rather than the message/political meaning, but with hers it's the other way around. Do you feel this way about a music artist?

so many people!!!! she & him comes to mind, pinkpantheress lwk, the hush sound (although i listen to them more than the others), jacks mannequin, three days grace..... i love these artists sounds but finding the time to sit down and listen to them properly seems so hard to find, mostly cus i cant do other things without getting distracted and then missing half the songs especially when its new music

Probably suicide silence, I admire their genre but I've never sat down to listen to a full album, also maybe because I don't have a lot of their music on my ipod, but still, I love the vocals, instruments and delivery, RIP Mitch Lucker.

mitski. loveee mitski but I am not sad enough and do not aspire to be sad enough to listen to her constantly. her music makes me too sad. also I am in the same boat with Sofia isella actually. loveee her music but dont really listen to her

I want to believe

I have the same thoughts for Sofia Isella i love her message and the political statements she's making, but her music doesn't fit into my rotation of artists, I'll support her passively but i don't listen to her music actively

Dance Gavin Dance, I've heard a few songs from their second album and absolutely love those songs BUT I never really find time to actually go and listen to their other stuff. I probably should though.
