I really like the culture and community that comes with such a sport. At least in my experience, everybody has been super kind and inviting and willing to help me with tricks or techniques. It's also very rewarding whenever I complete a trick I've been working so hard to complete. There are also lots of fun activities and events happening for skateboarders all over the world and I think that's really awesome.
What do you guys think?
I just love that feeling of finally land a trick you thought you never will. And the whole skate culture is just awesome!

I love the idea of it. I think it is very cool if you can skate. I have poor balance, I couldnt possibly skate (*´～｀*)
@bonnie I mean, you could still always try! I used to have HORRIBLE balance and couldn't land a trick for a whole year when I first started out. Now, I can do so many things on my board because I started focusing on my balance. Like practicing manuals everyday and riding up ramps. It didn't really take that long either.

i was always terrible at skating irl but i did a nollie flip off a park bench once
