TELL ME ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH tw/ ED mention

personally, as someone with bpd, adhd having an ED probably other things.. my days are absolutely HELL. the way i go from being completely fine to crying about being uninteresting to other people must be studied. i am constantly struggling to be normal with others, and i struggle with trying not to "try too hard" to be liked. i crave human interaction so much, but im also too ashamed of myself to meet people in person because of my appearance (not that i'm unkempt, im just fat). i feel okay right now cause my addies just kicked in but bro.. me on an average day is... something else.

Man that sounds terrible I hope things get to be better on your regular days and you can eventually find friends out in the real world, I believe a good friend shouldn't care about your appearance as long as you're a decent person thats all that should matter. Also you might be too harsh on yourself i'm sure you are a interesting person but you probably think you could be more like this person or that person and it's making you feel boring when you probably arent!! Anyways all and all I hope things will be okay going further!!

Mental health isn't always easy to deal with and it can be difficult to see what people are struggling with. I'm sorry you are dealing with those things. For me I just have depression and ptsd.

I'm pretty sure I've had depression since middle school, but I was and still am ashamed to go see what is up with me. I also have anger issues but I think I've been handling it better now in my adult years. And I'm preeeetty sure I have light autism, which made growing up a pain in the ass
