In today's world, identifying as trans has become a trend among teenagers.
This is not to say that there aren't legitimate transgender individuals who genuinely feel that way. However, I think a significant portion of teens follow it simply because it is trendy within their social circles and age group.
For context, in the last two years, I have personally known three people who claimed they were trans and later switched back, and I have also seen many people sharing similar experiences online.
Traveling around the world is not a big deal. Staying home in a cozy manner is all you need.
