half life multiplayer is so fun and its a shame it isnt as popular as it was at some point

if you play with a high amount of people then its going to be fun and stupid

but if you 1v1 someone or generally just a small amount of players it turns into a strategy game kinda

you stop running and start walking so the enemy wont hear you, you throw proximity mines around to make your enemy think youre there/redirect them, you turn off the music so you can hear the audio cues etc etc

so fun
