i love muse so much but the albums after the 2nd law was not really for me, so when i first listened to the wow signal i was genuinely surprised with how much i enjoyed it?? it's not my favourite but holy moly i really liked some of the songs
ITS SOO GOOD!!! the first track gives heavy black holes and revelations vibes. the whole album just really feels like a callback to their old stuff while still incorporating the energy of the new stuff, which is super cool. The beginning/ end parts of hexagons is AMAZINGGG wtf, it makes me feel like im like in a giant stadium and something absolutely insane is about to happen… guh
oh my god yes actually the dark forest ended up being my favorite because of how much it reminded me of knights of cydonia aka one of my fav songs from bhrv (like phil said on the phatreon last week lmao) and the whole album is just so muse the space vibe is back im so so happy to see this muse back 👽
i agree, i personally think that the wow signal was trying to embody their former glory days lol. I saw someone compare Black Holes and Revelations from a musical perspective (time signatures, instrumentation ect) to the wow signal and there are a significant amount of similarities. i think the best song was Be With you, what was your guys' favourite song(s)?

YES i also got the bhrv feeling from this album and im glad they went back on that rotation we all missed spacey muse so bad my favorite was the dark forest also unravelling and space debris i think :P
I love it!! it's perfect for writing lol. Has that perfect drama vibe without being (too) distracting
its perfect for ocs with space vibes it made me think of working on a space themed oc actually... i wish i could somehow implement this to ghostverse so i could make my first proper ghost oc
maybe you could make a ghoul who studies astronomy for the Ministry? :0 /NF! just an idea to combine both lol
like studying the moon and stars and planets for the best times for rituals :3
