politics in video games (Re posted from Napo)

Back to Games
There's a LOT of games with political messaging/undertones. My personal favorite being "Jet Set Radio" (or as people in North America call it, Jet Grind Radio.) It's about a bunch of teenagers that rollerblade and spray paint rebelling against cops. The game released in 2000 for the Sega Dreamcast, and it's sequel, Jet Set Radio Future was released on the Original Xbox in 2002. The original game was later released on Steam, PS3, and Xbox 360 in 2012 as an HD Remaster. JSRF never got the same treatment, but I think JSRF lets the message a bit more clearly.

What's your favorite game with a political message or undertone? I'd like to hear some! Also, please do talk A LOT about them. I'd love to hear it!

i have a feeling imma get flamed for this buttttt pokemon sw/sh. a lot of people point out how the main starters of the region are all following the theme of entertainment (sports, films, music) but most of the gym leaders do as well. everyone is so busy watching this entertainment that they don't realize chairman rose is pulling the strings in the background.
