i do get a lot of questions how i manage to do things with 3X-5X nail sizes (5X is 3" if i remember correctly) and on the contrary, you really learn to adapt your hand motions/muscle memory! it's quite an interesting feeling. you learn to use your hands differently - like using your knuckles to press buttoms at the ATM and using the sides of your fingers.
