Sea of Thieves. I'm not good at PvP in any sort of game and I don't care enough about it to want to win or get better, however I have played with people who get frustrated and will lash out towards me and anyone else on the ship if we sink. Affected me so much I would have bad dreams about it happening again.

absolutely! when I first played undertale I had done the genocide route because that was around the time markiplier started playing undertale and when I got to sans I genuinely took hours to even get close to beating him and I thought he would come out of the game to kill me for killing all of his friends😭✌️
i lowkey fought the knight on chapter 4's release and i cried and had a nightmare about them too

Unironically, Splatoon 3... more specifically rank-up games in ranked and salmonrun, I didn't only have nightmares about it, but I started hallucinating ingame sounds... 😭
