does people play anything but popular or modern games?

im honestly curious to see if people play like, solitaire or anything really, cant be the only one on PySol and Space Cadet Pinball

Been playing Peggle a lot, never tried it before but I found it really fun

I love playing older games, im a big fan of them. But if we're speaking of those types of games (simple yet fun old casual games), i am a big fan of solitaire, minesweeper, tetris (I play tetris almost everyday on an NES emu) and i want to get into puyo puyo since i remember liking Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine when i was younger. Also idk if this counts but i still love playing board games like checkers, ludo, connect 4 and chess

Out of curiosity I played, sometime ago, Planescape: Torment, a d&d videogame with some pretty philosophical themes I heard, but I never managed to finish it sadly

It's not easy playing certain games because they are truuuuly not optimized for nowadays players imo, especially because in this game it's difficult perhaps noticing certain things that blend with all the rest, and the amount of dialogue at the time was a lot to look at

I hardly play anything made in the last 10 years,, too boring :/

I don't play it often, but I love Texas Hold 'Em poker

i honestly don't play any modern games, the most modern i've played is probably doom 2016 and i couldn't really get into it. i'm mostly into fps and every modern fps game tries to go for a very bland hyperrealistic style which is boring to me, so my game inventory has pretty much only been 2000s fps

i also own a playstation 2 so i play that sometimes as well! got stuff like spyro, crash bandicoot, tomb raider, simpsons road rage, hitman, sly cooper, some random ass spongebob game, and others i can't remember rn

I basically based my whole identity on playing retro games. 

hmm, i play solitaire and stuff. i like the 2009 call of duty and daxter for the psp.... LOL 

i mostly play indie games. itch.io and gamejolt are good places to find free indie games.

At the moment I mostly tend to jump between various indie titles, so currently I'm mostly playing more recent titles, but I like to jump back to older stuff. Total Annihilation is still my favourite RTS, for example. Or Skyrim, can't believe it's almost 15 years old now... Still, I find there's fun to be had in every era of gaming. Space Cadet Pinball is great fun too, that's for sure, used to play it on my dad's computers at work when I was a kid.

I play majority indie games, most AAA games aren’t my cup of tea. Unless we’re talking Nintendo, Zelda and Mario will always be gas.
