Halloo anyone else here super into getting piercings, tattoos and more? Ever since I got on HRT, I've been rampantly in love with it !!
★ I have/had like 15+ face piercings atm, but I've been stretching my ears for years and years (almost to 25mm!) and slowly working on my tattoos xD
★ Would love to hear about other people's journeys with it!
Omg I'm so jealous!!! Here's my journey:
Ears pierced when I was 12 at Claire's, then my doubles there a few years later. (never again lol) I let my doubles close and idk why I did that, I need to get them done again!
Started stretching my ears when I was 14 and stopped at 00g when I was probably 20yo! My ears do NOT enjoy stretching and because of my career I didn't want to go big enough that they wouldn't be able to shrink back down if needed. I really want bigger ones tho UGH!
Got my septum pierced at 17 by a "professional" that seemed pretty sketchy. It never flipped up right, so for work I had to fully remove it and I got sick of it coming in and out so I let it close. Went to a better piercer to get it repierced and he immediately refused and said I didn't have the anatomy lol. I got a third opinion and they said they would be able to do it, but it would be hard. I think I'm gonna go for it!
When I couldn't get my septum, I got 2 nostril piercings and we left room for 2 more so I can do long and short spikes on each side of my nose!
Recently got my snakebites done but the guy pierced me with hoops so I had to go to my ACTUAL piercer (we went to him on a whim one night because he was open at 9pm) to get switched to bars/studs. Healing those ones SUCKED but I love them so much. I know I'll have to take them out for school/work eventually, but I just had to have them, even for a few months!
Oh shit I almost forgot about my eyebrow! I had it pierced when I was 18 but it never healed and kept getting infected, so I took it out. Got it repierced a while ago and it took over a year to heal. When it finally did... it got ripped out at a concert by Isiah from Leisure Hour's back while he was crowdsurfing lol.
I'm not even gonna get into my tattoo journey bc this is long but yeah! This was a nice distraction from my bad mood lol. (Also I feel like starting HRT wakes us up to the fact that our bodies are completely customizable and then we go crazy haha)

I'm so flattered, thank you!! I've gotten super lucky with my piercings as there have been times where they weren't taken care of the best BUT it seems like my body just takes body-modification really really well so I'm fortunate in that regard
I absolutey love body modifications!
I currently have 14 piercings - snakebites, nipples, rook, lobes, tongue, cheeks, medusa, septum, and both nostrils!
I also have 3 tattoos - rainbow pride heart above my left ankle, a fallen angel above my right ankle (my brother has the other half, which is an angel reaching down to mine), and a symbol on my chest called black moon Lilith.
I also will be getting a tongue splitting next year! Very, very excited for that :)
omggggg tongue splits are so freaking sick! I'm dying to get mine done at some point; hell or high water, it's gonna happen!! can't wait to see it on you, you're gonna rock it so well !!!!
i have been saying for ten years that i'm going to get a tattoo but i never set aside the money for it. piercings... i am too lazy to clean/properly care for those.
have u ever watched american mary? it’s a horror film based around surgical operations and body modifications, the meaning behind the movies also really deep
