not a recipe but you can add nesquick (powder) or cocoa powder to the mixture/batter and close the lid of the pan while you're waiting b4 flipping them!! hope this helps^^Β

To be honest, most of the time I use pre-made pancake mix :pΒ
I make it a bit thicker than it's supposed to be so the shape holds, and I use a spoon to drip little circles into the pan. They cook through very quickly so it's pretty easy to make, just make sure they're crispy or it's not the best (on account of the butter)
