Subscribing to all of your friend's blogs.
Wouldn't it be better if we were auto subscribed to our friend's blogs though?

one thing i've noticed is that if you go to an actual blog post, then the subscribe link is just for that specific post, and not the blog overall. afaik the only place you can see a link to sub to a blog is via the "view blog" link when viewing any given blog post
e.g. clicking the view blog link on any of my posts takes you to this page (sub button is at top right, before the posts)

perhaps it would be better to just include the rss icon for a single blog entry (yknow, for ppl who want to sub to just one post), and also adjust the subscribe link in the sidebar so that it subs you to everything, not just the one post
