Do you guys have any tips on writing poetry? Sometimes I write but I don't think it's very good. I'd like some help. Thank you if you do!!!!

I feel like poetry gets better when you stop trying to sound like a poet and start writing exactly how you feel. Focus on one emotion or image at a time, use details people can picture, and don’t worry too much about rhyming. The best poems usually sound honest instead of perfect. Try reading your poems out loud, cutting extra words, and ending with a line that sticks in someone’s mind.

I have no tips but you could read mine if you want ! I'm published

just write it anyway!! even if it feels "not good" at first. a lot of poetry only starts making sense after you stop trying to make it perfect and just say what you actually mean. also read your stuff out loud.

honestly the main thing is just keep writing, even the messy ones :)

As a writer myself, I believe whatever comes to mind, just let your hands write it! The right audience will find you—trust and believe 💕

yes everyone is so right, just let it flow, there's no right or wrong way. practice does make perfect. try googling public syllabai for universities and their creative writing classes and the exercises they have them do
