got asked this over in the art group, and thought id open ask it here!
i wanna see how you organize yours :)
heres some of my recent ones :3c I studied graphic design, so i like to try and make mine all tidy
mine are usually hella sketchy since they'll usually only be viewed by me most of the time, just to get the point across
example:
Name, full body front, maybe backside if it matters, colour palette, special features, species, gender and pronouns :3
These are both a more than a few years old at this point, but they're still my most recent full refs (both my own work).
All of these are pretty old at this point (you can tell by the username change lmao) but this is my general layout. I forgo dynamic poses in favor of providing as clear of a markings reference as possible. I may start including a back view of the outfits but I feel like that may become unwieldy.
