Powerpuff Girls. It's mostly a drum solo, but it's awesome.
Yes. And you have something there. It really is pretty much a just solo. But that simplicity is at the core of the theme song's appeal. It's not overly complex, it's not pretentious鈥攊t's just drums and a few other instruments put together to make simple, yet extremely solid, theme music.

...Although now that you mention it, Teen Titans was awesome too. Once in a while they'd play a version in Spanish and I never knew if I was losing my mind.

I would say The Powerpuff Girls if its credits theme and intro theme were swapped, its credits theme is really good
I'll say All Grown Up, I'm sad there's not a longer version of that one, it sounds like it could be its own song, though Teen Titans gets points for being one of the...like 5 cartoons I can name that got an actual band to do its opening

Zim! I loved that show. He was a really twisted take on Marvin the Martian and 1950s sci-fi tropes. It was sick! I'm glad they brought it back for a movie in 2019. Here's hoping they can bring it back as a TV series or a series of movies.

If we include anime, Katte Ni Shinryakusha from Keroro Gunsou is VERY high up on my list. This gets regular play in my house.
For western cartoons, the extended version of聽Today is Gonna Be a Great Day (Phineas and Ferb) is top tier.
